Xcelite S475NJS Pliers, Flush Tapered Head Cutter, 5"

The Xcelite® S475NJS 5" Flush Cutter has a tapered head for close tolerance precision cutting of component leads. Use this tool on 20-gauge steel wire with 90,000-psi maximum tensile strength plus 25- and 22-gauge soft copper wire. Cutting edges are machine ground and electronically hardened. The head is forged from high-quality alloy steel for strength and durability. Patented copaloy rivet construction provides smooth operation and long life. A smooth joint maintains perfect cutting edge and tip alignment for operational consistency. The tool has gun metal handles and green cushioned grips.

The S475NJS cutter is 5" (125 mm) long and weighs .4 lbs (111 g). The tip is 3/32 x 1/16" (2 x 1.5 mm), jaw length: 3/4" (19 mm), head width: 19/32" (15 mm) and thickness is 3/8" (10 mm).
