Wilcom F6222 Advanced Optical Fiber Identifier

The Wilcom F6222 Advanced Fiber Identifier is an easy-to-use installation and maintenance tool which identifies fibers by detecting the signals being transmitted through a multimode or single mode fiber without disrupting service. Signals detected include continuous wave, live optical transmission and low-frequency modulated tones at 270, 1000 and 2000 Hz. The relative core power in the fiber is measured and displayed on a two-digit, seven-segment LED. This allows for the measurement of power loss through a splice or connector.

The F6222 fiber identifier comes with a fiber optic probe, leather carrying case and three interchangeable adapter heads for jacketed, coated or ribbon fiber. It weighs 7.5 ounces and measures 7.5" x 1.25" x 1.1". One-year warranty.
