All the general-purpose files are made from high-quality chromium alloy steel and machined into distinctive shapes for various small-scale and finishing applications.

Set of 12 files includes a warding (flat), square, crossing, round, oval, half round, equaling (mill), knife, barrette, slitting, joint edge round and three square. Files measure 5.5" (138 mm) long with 1/8" diameter shanks. Knurled handle file shanks may be used with or without the included Versa-Grip™ handle. Its precision locking screw chuck holds files securely in place for maximum performance. Set is packaged in a vinyl storage pouch.
