The Proto J86A7/16 Heavy-Duty Cold Chisel is made from S2 steel and specially heat-treated for greater strength and durability. It is used for cutting any cold metal softer than the chisel such as wrought iron, cast iron, steel, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, bolts, nuts and rivets. The tool has a corrosion-resistant black oxide finish and hand ground cutting edge to the exact angle for cutting through tough metals. The modified parabolic striking end helps reduce mushrooming and chipping. Tip size: 1/2 in. Total length: 6 in.
