The Klein Tools® 63118 1/4-inch Bolt Cutter has Fiberglass handles with heavy red vinyl grips. Maximum cutting capacity is 3/8" for soft or medium cutting and 1/4" for hard material cutting. Tool steel jaws are precision ground for sure cutting and long life. Lockplate reinforcement keeps jaw bolts from turning and keeps jaws in alignment. One adjustment realigns cutting edges. A 3-point toggle joint multiplies 50 lbs of pressure on handles to 4000 lbs at cutting jaws. This 3.65-lb bolt cutter is 18.25" long.
