IDEAL 86-930 IDC 3-Wire UR2 Butt Splice Connectors, 100/Pk

The IDEAL® 86-930 UR2 Red IDC 2 or 3-Wire Butt Splice Jellybean Connectors accept larger insulated conductors than UR. They offer quick, easy one-step splicing for repairing broken wires and adding wire to an existing circuit in voice and data, landline telephone applications. The UR2 splice IDC connectors are designed for solid copper conductors of 26-19 AWG having maximum insulated O.D. of 0.082" (2.08mm). Just insert unstripped wires and crimp with the Kinetic Super IDC specialty tool (included in the IDEAL 33-719 Telephone/Data Cable Splice and Repair Kit) or any equivalent tool.

The UR2 creates a permanent connection, once crimped it cannot be reused. The internal moisture-resistant sealant protects wires from corrosion, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Color coded RED. Sold 100 gel-filled connectors per package.
