The Specialized Products 449 Roto-Rugged Tool Case with Wing Pallet is used for the SPC81SHX Electro-Mechanical Service Kits series. It features a high-density polyethylene shell and protruding bumpers. The tool case is rotationally molded and has vertical ribbing for added strength. It has a set of removable tool pallets (bottom pallet and top winged pallet) with individual pockets for tools. The turnbuckle strap and twist latch will secure the top pallet. Two mechanical lid stays will hold the lid open.
