Use this extra-deep black luggage cart case to build your own rolling tool kit. To create the 082X613, we modified our popular 13-inch heavy-duty polyethylene tool case to accommodate a rugged cart assembly. Just pile on extra cases or gear, flip up the handle, lock the bar in place, and you're on your way! No assembly is required, and this case doesn't contain any loose parts that could be misplaced. Four low-profile rubber wheels are permanently mounted to the side edge of the case for smooth rolling, and their small size makes them hard to notice unless you're looking for them. The handle is recessed into the other side and is flush with the case when collapsed. We've even added a couple of small metal rails to the underside of the case to protect it from stair or curb damage. Finally, the telescoping hardware is cleverly hidden under a removable plastic tray below the bottom pallet of tools. The 17.85-pound 082X613 case measures 18.5" x 15.5" x 12" (inside dimensions) with 5.5" to 7" of usable storage space below the bottom pallet. One-year warranty.
