This black Luggage Cart Case with Dual Top Pallet Strap accommodates up to three pallets to provide more tools. Choose one or two regular top pallets (or one winged top pallet) and one bottom pallet to create your own Large Pallet Flex Kit. The lid features a long strap with two holes to secure and separate two top pallets. One stands up in the lid while the other hangs at an angle that allows access to tools on both pallets. To close the case, use the short one-hole strap behind the long two-hole strap to tie down both pallets.
Featuring an integral luggage cart, this heavy-duty polyethylene case is easy to roll on low-profile rubber wheels. The handle is recessed to be flush with the edge when collapsed, and the hardware is cleverly hidden under a removable plastic tray in the case bottom.
