The Specialized Products 582 Roto-Rugged Tool Case, made of high-density polyethylene, is rotationally molded with vertical ribbing for added strength. This tool case comes complete with two removable tool pallets, turnbuckle strap and two mechanical lid stays. Each pallet has pouches for testers and individual pockets for wire strippers, cable adapters, wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools.

The rolling tool case offers a telescoping handle, rubber wheels, padded handle, black aluminum frame, full piano hinge, keyed latches and combo lock. It measures 18" x 15" x 12" (I.D.) BLACK.
