The Specialized Products 428 Roto-Rugged Tool Case features a high-density polyethylene shell, protruding bumpers and high-visibility yellow color. It is rotationally molded and has vertical ribbing for added strength. The tool case comes complete with three removable tool pallets. Each pallet has individual pockets for screwdrivers, nutdrivers, hex blades, soldering equipment, and other tools. The turnbuckle strap and twist latch will secure the top pallet. Two mechanical lid stays will hold the lid open.

The tool case offers a padded steel core handle, black painted aluminum frame, two keyed draw bolt latches, full piano hinge and combo lock. It measures 17-1/2" x 14" x 8-1/2" (I.D.). YELLOW.
