Klein Tools ET45 AC/DC Voltage Tester, 24-240VAC, 32-330VDC

The Klein Tools® ET45 Tester is an easy-to-use instrument for testing voltage at 4 levels: AC 24V, 48V, 120V, 240V and DC 32V, 64V, 160V, 330V. It is used to check and troubleshoot residential electrical wiring - outlets, light fixtures, batteries, doorbells, and other devices. The ET45 offers built-in test lead holders on the back to position the leads for testing tamper-resistant US-style outlets or convenient storage. Batteries are not required; the unit is powered by the applied voltage. The operating temperature is from 5°F to 113°F.

The electronic AC/DC voltage tester comes with test leads and a pocket clip. It is dust and water resistant (ingress protection IP44), tested to withstand a 9.8-foot (3 m) drop. Safety Rating: CATIII 350V, Class 2, double insulation.

Note: CAT III / CAT IV shields may be removed for CAT II locations. This will allow testing on recessed conductors such as standard wall outlets.
