Tempo NC-100 NETcat LAN Tester and UTP/Coax Tester
The Tempo Communications NC-100 NETcat® Micro VDV Wiring Tester is a digital voice, data and video wiring tester performs TIA/EIA standard wiring pair verification. It's designed for simple LAN wiring and phone line testing. Use the NC-100 for quick verification that patch cords and in-wall cables are wired or installed correctly. It detects common wiring and connector errors, warns of hazardous voltages and checks for reversed telephone wires.
The NC-100 tester comes with an adapter cable and connectors. The 7.77-ounce unit with remote unit and battery measures 5.9" x 2.76" x 2.3". One-year warranty.

Accurate results appear quickly on backlit display. Use NC-100 to test shielded twisted-pair (STP), unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) and coax cables. This device generates three distinct, selectable digital tone patterns for cable tracing and troubleshooting. Tracing modes may be adjusted for high-performance LAN cables. Features a complete set of connector types (telephone, LAN and coax). Nested remote allows end-to-end testing of all wiring types. NC-100 is powered by a 9-V alkaline battery.
