Klein VDV500-820 Electrical Wire Tracing Tone & Probe PRO Set

The Klein Tools® VDV500-820 Professional Electrical Wire Tracing Set is designed to tone and trace wires in common wiring systems (open-ended, non-energized wiring). An RJ11 plug connects to telephone or RJ45 data jacks for toning. The tone generator emits five distinct tones within 1000-ft, checks continuity and polarity with results indicated by LEDs. The probe with a durable non-metallic replaceable tip and adjustable-volume speaker traces wire with the tones signal. It has a 3.5mm jack for headphones (not included) to be attached in noisy environments. The probe enables testing in distribution blocks without disturbing other services.

The set includes the analog tone generator with rugged Angled Bed of Nails (ABN) clips, responsive probe, work light on probe tip for use in dark spaces, AAA batteries for each tool, padded divided zipper pouch for convenient storage.
