The Fluke Networks TS100-PRO-BT-TDR TS100 Pro Cable Fault Finder is used to stop bridge taps from occurring as well as to detect open and short circuits up to 8,000 feet. This fault finder features a built-in TDR, SmartTone tracer with five selectable tones, and AC/DC voltage detector. One button testing makes it easy for any technician to use. The TS100 analyzes cable networks in seconds, and has an approximate battery life of 35 hours, providing users with a durable tool that can improve testing efficiency by large increments.
The TS100-PRO-BT-TDR kit includes the main unit and angled bed of nails with piercing pin test leads.
In addition to performing the functions of normal industrial fault tinder, the TS100 is capable of performing other functions, and is actually a five-in-one tool. The TS100 first and foremost job is to perform open/short detection at distances of up to 8,000 feet. However, the TS100 can also perform volt detection and report the length of multiple bridge taps with its PowerBT Bridge Tap Detect. It contains a SmartTone generator that can produce five different tones for testing. This cable fault finder comes with a built-in Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR).
