SPC840 3M Fibrlok Splice Tool Kit

The Specialized Products SPC840 Splice Kit is designed for splicing any combination of 250-micron to 900-micron coated fibers. The 3M Fibrlok Assembly Tool utilizes V-groove technology and does not require epoxy. Prepare fiber ends and complete splice within 30 seconds. The tool is used with Fibrlok II universal fiber splices, which can be used with either single mode or multimode fibers with a glass cladding diameter of 125 microns. The two-step coax cable stripper, adjustable from 1/8" to 7/32", ensures knick-free strips.

The kit includes the assembly tool, universal optical fiber splices (6), electrician scissors with strip notches, fiber buffer stripper (175-micron minimum diameter), Micro-Strip fiber stripper for coating and cladding removal, RG58 coax cable stripper, pocket magnifier, 3oz cleaning pump spray, and lint-free non-abrasive wipes (100). All items come in a medium blow molded case with foam for protection.
