SPC350 Franklin Wireless 12V Battery Monitoring System Kit

The Specialized Products SPC350 Kit offers all components for CELLGUARD™ Wireless Battery Monitoring System (BMS) to provide battery state-of-health monitoring and analysis of battery voltage, temperature, and conductance. The CGBC-350 Base Coordinator Unit (BCU) supports up to 16 strings with 1-300 batteries per string, and up to 600 sensors per BCU (irrespective of how they are divided by strings). Wireless battery sensors capture battery voltage (6.50-14.50 VDC), conductance (100-4,200), resistance, temperature, and idle current (50-60mA). The voltage, temperature, and current (VTC) unit features 18-72V LCT split core transducer for 750 MCM cables or larger. It is used in the BMS to provide string current and ripple current monitoring, plus measurements of voltage and temperature.

The kit includes the wireless base coordinator unit, DC-DC converter (24-72VDC input, 12VDC output), 4 battery sensors (6-12V) and a VTC unit.
