SARGENT 6540 CT Insulated Terminal Crimp Tool, 22-10 AWG

The SARGENT® 6540 CT is a cost-efficient insulated terminal crimp tool that provides a reliable termination, producing crimps to industry standards in one tool closure. It crimps conductor and strain relief portion of insulated terminals and splices in three cavities: RED (22-16 AWG), BLUE (16-14 AWG) and YELLOW (12-10 AWG). Conductor and insulation crimps are identical. The crimper provides inspection dimples on crimped connectors and features a full cycle ratchet with a release mechanism.

The 6540 CT accepts SARGENT 6500 series interchangeable dies. The crimping tool is 8-1/2" (21.6 cm) long and weighs 1 lb. 3 oz.
