Platinum Tools T130 VDV MapMaster 3.0 Cable Tester

The Platinum Tools® T130 VDV MapMaster™ 3.0 Cable Tester is used for continuity testing, mapping, generating tones and length measurement (in feet/meters) during installation and troubleshooting telco, network, or coax cables. It features a back-lit 2.75" LCD screen, glow-in-the dark keypad and built-in flashlight. This cable verifier will test to T568A/B wiremap configuration: shorts, opens, miswires, reverses and split pairs, perform single-ended testing for shorts & split pairs, plus identify cable location on active ports using flashing Port Link Light. It will identify up to 20 network or coax cable runs at a time. The tester offers a voltage detection warning, audible tone generator, 4 selectable cadences and auto-off feature. The 9V alkaline battery provides 425 hours of operation.

The T130 VDV MapMaster 3.0 comes with a master remote stored in the main unit. It weighs 10.8 oz. and measures 6.8"x3.2"x1.4".
