Platinum Tools T109C MapMaster Mini Tester

The Platinum Tools® T109C MapMaster™ Mini Tester is designed for detecting locations of RJ45 network cables and wiring condition. It is used for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on network cables. The tester will identify patch panel ports where network cable is terminated, up to 5 network cable runs at a time, map multiple locations, as well as find exposed or hidden cables. Shorts, opens, miswires, reversals, split-pairs, and locations of cables are displayed on an LCD display. The unit has a built-in tone generator, single Multi-Function button and Auto-Off feature. It can be used with a tone probe to detect cable routing and the location of the end of the cable.

The RJ45 network tester comes with a set of 5 mapping remotes for locating cables terminated in wall jacks or patch panels. Compatible with shielded and unshielded CAT7, CAT6a, CAT5e, CAT5, CAT4, CAT3 (4-pair only) cables.
