The Klein Tools® D213-9NETP 9" Lineman's Side-Cutting Pliers/ Fish Tape Puller with high-leverage design offer 46% greater cutting and gripping power. The 1/8'' (3 mm) or 1/4'' (6 mm) flat steel fish tape can be quickly and easily pulled without any damage. The cutting pliers feature a hot-riveted joint, precision-hardened head, induction-hardened cutting knives and cross-hatched knurled jaws. The plastic-dipped, "handform" handles provide comfortable gripping.
