The Klein Tools® 646-3/16-INS 3/16" Insulated Hollow Shaft Nut Driver with 6" shank features two layers of insulation to provide protection against electric shock. It is equipped with a cushion-grip handle for torque and comfort, as well as a black handle cap and Tip-Indent that aides in tool identification. The full hollow-shaft permits turning nuts on long screws and works well with hex-head drive nuts and socket screws.

Individually tested, this 1000 volt rated insulated 3/16" nut driver surpasses IEC 60900 & ASTM F1505 standards. OAL 9-3/4".
