Klein Tools 63118 1/4" Bolt Cutter has Fiberglass handles with heavy red vinyl grips. Maximum cutting capacity is 3/8" for soft or medium cutting and 1/4" for hard material cutting. Tool steel jaws are precision ground for sure cutting & long life. Lockplate reinforcement keeps jaw bolts from turning and keeps jaws in alignment. One adjustment realigns cutting edges. A 3-point toggle joint multiplies 50 lbs of pressure on handles to 4000 lbs at cutting jaws. This 3.65-lb Bolt Cutter is 18.25" long.
