The Klein Tools 46037 cable splicer's kit features two durable telecom installation tools in a convenient leather belt holster. It offers the splicer's knife (060X856) with a high-dielectric plastic-covered handle and a blade made of tempered steel. The knife is paired with the multi-purpose electrician's scissors (060X557). The scissors are made of tempered steel and include a scraper, file and 19- and 23-AWG stripping notches. A leather holster is included with two slots for mounting on a belt. Made in USA.
