The Klein Tools® 200028EINS Insulated High-Leverage Diagonal-Cutting Pliers, 1000V rated and VDE certified, feature induction hardened cutting knives and unique 3-part insulation for cutting ACSR, screws, nails and most hardened wire. The white underlayer shows up as a warning sign when insulation may be compromised. The tool has a tapered nose, hot-riveted joint and small thumb guards.

The long nose side cutting pliers come with extended flame retardant, impact resistant handles for long reach and better leverage. The molded insulation meets or exceeds ASTM F1505 and IEC 60900 standards for insulated tools. Overall length: 8.15" (20.7 cm).
