Fluke FEV100/BASIC EV Charging Station EVSE Test Adapter
The Fluke® FEV100/BASIC Electrical Vehicle Charging Station Test Adapter is used to verify that an EVSE charging station is safe and working properly or troubleshoot it. The GFCI trip test checks if the breaker of the EVSE is connected by detecting ground faults. Grounding system Pre-Test verifies that there is no presence of dangerous voltage at the Ground terminal. A variety of additional tests include checking insulation of wires, measuring voltage and duty cycle to see the max current available for charging. The adapter acts as an electric vehicle when connected to an EVSE. The CP Control Pilot state simulation tests different charging states.
The FEV100 EVSE test adapter has a test cable input with 5-pole male connector. The unit weighs 4.4 lbs and measures 8.66" x 4.33" x 1.77". Compatible with Fluke multimeters, clamps, insulation testers or multifunction testers for additional EVSE tests.
