SPC880 VIAVI Visual Fault Locator Kit, FFL-050 w/Adapter

The SPC880 VIAVI Visual Fault Locator Kit combines the VFL (FFL-050) with a universal 1.25mm adapter (FFL-050-U12). A 2.5mm interface accommodates all ST, SC, and FC fiber optic connectors. The adapter is used to change a 2.5mm connector input on a visual fault locator to a 1.25mm connection, to accommodate LC and MU connectors. The VFL helps pinpoint damaged, broken or bent fibers, as well as identify individual fiber or their ports. The FFL-050 features a powerful 650-nm Class 2 red laser with 1-mW max output power for single-mode (> 7 km) and multimode (> 5 km) connectors. Use continuous or flashing mode.

The SPC VFL comes with batteries and adapter in a nylon case with belt loop.
