OWL WTO2-Q OWLTrek II 850/1300/1310/1550nm QUAD OTDR, LC
The OWL WTO2-Q OWLTrek II 850/1300/1310/1550nm QUAD OTDR kit, with LC/UPC connectors, has pocket-sized OTDRs that perform troubleshooting and restoration tasks on single mode and multimode optical fiber networks. Each unit has a high-resolution 2.8" color LCD display with auto screen rotation. Each is equipped with Automatic Event Location, has an event table showing the location, type, reflectance level, and loss of each event, and offers auto-zoom to the selected event. The multimode OTDR has a range of 12 miles with a dynamic range of 23/25dB. The single mode OTDR has a range of 80 miles with a dynamic range of 25/23dB. OWLView Software allows the user to download stored traces to a PC. The Lithium Polymer battery provides up to 20 hours of continuous use.
Each device contains a built-in Visual Fault Locator with 2.5 mm universal port that offers 650nm output wavelength.

The compact OWLTrek II duo has output wavelengths of 850/1300/1310/1550 nm, dynamic ranges of 23/25 dB, and a distance range of 80 miles for single mode and 20 miles for multimode. They also sport event dead zones of 2 meters and an attenuation dead zone of 7 meters. Additionally, this pair of OTDRs can map up to 64000 data points that can be processed and analyzed on a PC using the included software.
