AFL SE100-00-0901PR FlowScout SM Fiber Single-Ended Test Set

The AFL SE100 FlowScout® Test Set verifies fiber continuity and insertion loss at 1430 nm from a single end between Distribution Unit (DU) and Radio Unit (RU) during service activation or troubleshooting. It is also used to verify fiber backhaul continuity and measure insertion loss to demarcation point, as well as detect live fiber and excess reflection (low ORL) at 1550 nm. With a built-in optical continuous wave (CW) reflectometer, the SE100-00-0901PR combines an optical light source and power meter to speed up testing, which can be completed from a distribution panel or splitter, reducing the need for FTTH premises visits.

The durable, battery-operated FlowScout SE100 offers one-handed operation and comes with a single-mode patch cord (SC/APC to SC/APC, 2 m, 3 mm jacketed), flip-top dust cap, 1430 nm Wavelength Optical Reflector (SC/APC, female-to-male, plug type), wrist strap, Quick Reference Guide, and soft case.
