VIAVI FVDi-2400 Benchtop Microscope w/LCD 400x, Manual Focus

The VIAVI FVDi-2400 Microscope is designed for high resolution applications to detect contamination and defects on fiber connector end-faces, confirm polish quality and certify connector quality. It provides a 3.5" LCD color touch-screen video display, 400x optics, high resolution field-of-view dual magnification, automated end-face analysis, and manual focus. Particle size detection: <0.5µm. Compatible with FiberChekPRO software which allows user configurable parameters and Scratch-View - an automated image enhancement making even faint scratches clearly visible.

FMA Series adapters attach directly to the FVDi microscope to enable inspection. The unit has a 12VDC 2A interchangeable wall plug, VGA port, USB Type B Host port for connection with PC, 2x USB Type A device ports for P5000i probe, MP-60 power meter, and other devices.

Microscopes with this performance are required for compliance to IEC-61300-3-35 inspection standards.
