AFL S017509 Fujikura 90R Fusion Splicer
The AFL S017509 Fujikura 90R Fusion Splicer, designed for fast and precise splicing ribbon fibers (up to 12), features Bluetooth, field-replaceable V-grooves and self-cladding alignment with melting surface tension.
Automatic functions:
- Splice mode selection by fiber type
- Discharge power calibration
- Wind protector (open/close)
- Sheath clamp (open)
- Heater lid (open/close)
- Heater clamp (open/close).
The unit offers a 5" LCD monitor with touch screen, magnification: 20x 12-ribbon to 60x single, 100 splice and 30 heat modes. The internal memory stores 20,000 splices and 100 images. Electrode life is 1500 splices.
The 90R splicer includes AC adapter and cord, BTR-15 li-ion battery, spare electrodes with spare 12 fiber V-groove, FH-70-12 fiber holder, USB cable, alcohol dispenser, screwdriver, carry strap, quick reference guide, 2 tripod screws, video instruction manual, work tray, SS03 single fiber stripper (3 hole) and transit case.
The model 90R is a replacement for the 70R fusion splicer.
