EXFO MaxTester 715B Last-Mile OTDR, VFL & PM, 1310/1550nm SC/APC
The EXFO MaxTester 715B Last-Mile OTDR with a visual fault locator and power meter is optimized for point-to-point testing, FTTx last-mile installation and troubleshooting. It is ideal for testing short access-network fibers, FTTA fiber-DAS installations and CATV/HFC network testing. The plug-and-play VFL identifies breaks, bends, faulty connectors and splices. The single mode OTDR with APC connector interface and SC connector adapter features a 7" outdoor-enhanced touchscreen, icon-based functions, Windows-like GUI, 12-hour battery life and 2GB of memory. Dead zones: EDZ 1m, ADZ 4m. It enables OTDR application only.
The MAX-715B-M1-OTDR-EA-EUI-91-VPM2X-FOA-54-SRC-GP-10-072-GP-2207 includes the SM OTDR for 1310/1550nm wavelengths (30/28dB) with 2x USB 2.0 ports and RJ-45 LAN 10/100 Mbit/s interface, source through OTDR port, high-level power meter with GeX detector, VFL, AC adapter/charger, battery, kickstand and semi-rigid case.
