The Crescent 0390FC Fiberglass Bolt Cutter offers all-purpose jaws with center-cut blades and lightweight fiberglass handles. This durable hand-operated tool is used to cut soft and medium materials up to 9/16" thick, and hard materials up to 7/16" thick (up to Brinell 455 or Rockwell C48 hardness). It has a lock plate to keep jaws from loosening and toggle joints which turn 50 lbs of hand pressure into 4000 lbs of cutting pressure. You can easily realign edges with screw-type adjustment. Overall length is 36-1/2".
