The Specialized Products 431 Roto-Rugged Wheeled Tool Case, designed for the SPC965C High Voltage Site Maintenance Tool Kits series, is made of high-density polyethylene with vertical ribbing for added strength. It is rotationally molded for durability and extra corner strength. This high-visibility yellow tool case comes complete with a set of three removable tool pallets, turnbuckle strap and two mechanical lid stays. Each pallet has individual pockets for pliers, strippers, screwdrivers, nutdrivers, wrenches, sockets and other tools. The case is molded around the cart's telescoping handle with a small rubber stopper on the opposite side. Two low-profile rubber wheels are permanently mounted to the side for smooth rolling. 

The SPC965C 431 rolling tool case features include a telescoping handle, rubber wheels, padded handle, black aluminum frame, full piano hinge, keyed latches and combo lock. It weighs 17.9 lbs (no tools) and measures 17-1/2" x 14-1/2" x 10" (I.D.) with 3.5'' to 5'' of usable space below the bottom pallet.  YELLOW. Use case style "A" to order replacement parts.
