The Wiha 28752 Insulated TorqueVario-S Handle is tested to 10,000 volts AC and rated to 1,000 volts AC (1,500 volts DC). It has a dual durometer construction and torque setting view port. The TorqueVario-S handle features an audible click when the desired torque limit is attained with a torque accuracy of +/- 6%. It maintains 50% greater unfastening torque for fastener removal and automatically resets for the next application. The tool lasts for 5,000 cycles or 1 year. 

The ergonomic cushion grip handle has parallel flats for roll-off prevention. The weight is 0.84 lb. Included: adjustment tool and SlimLine blade holder. The tool meets ASTM F1505, EN/IEC 60900, NFPA-70E, CSA, and VDE insulation specifications.
