Full insulation significantly reduces any risk of short circuit. Also, this high-quality and sturdy class C tool works well in chemically aggressive environments up to -40°F. It is safe and reliable to use for meter assembly and meter blocking. The multi-component handles have a soft plastic zone for comfortable grip. They fit well even while wearing rubber/leather gloves.
