The Cementex P10WP-CA Cam Action Double-Insulated Water Pump Pliers feature induction-hardened teeth, 7 working positions and 1-1/4 in. pipe capacity. The tool is capable of cutting soft steel wire up to 2mm. It is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. The tongue and groove pliers have a long, slim head, ideal for hard-to-reach places. With slip guards and self-clamping jaws the tool ensures a secure grip even on smooth pipes.

The pliers come with high-visibility ergonomic comfort-grip handles. Length is 10". The tool complies with the IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505 standards.
