The Cementex D10PTSH High Voltage Double-Insulated Screw Starter is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This 6" long #2 Phillips head screw holding driver grips, seats and removes screws in and around hard to reach locations. It features a spring loaded tip which releases with a twist and an insulated high-visibility handle with cushion grip.
